We accept major credit cards and e-checks via Google CheckOut or Paypal. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks.
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received (or in the case of an e-check, when it clears), excluding weekends and holidays. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Small, lightweight items may be shipped via First Class Mail. Books and magazines are shipped in a padded envelope via Media Mail. Media Mail sometimes takes a few days more than First Class, but for heavy books the cost savings is well worth the wait. Other heavy items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery Confirmation is provided on all Domestic packages at no additional charge. This shipping information will be provided to you via an email from Paypal Shipping.

In the highly unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, it may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided we have been notified prior to your sending it back. Returns must be properly packaged to insure no further damage to the item. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued before a product has been returned to us.
